Absolutely LOVE! This nothing Bundt cakes location, i visit more than i should but i crave a Bundt every other week 😩 staff is always welcoming and friendly! This review is long overdue but i really felt loved on my most recent visit 🫶🏼

I had the best experience with the Brookfield Nothing Bundt Cake location when ordering a birthday cake to be delivered same day. I ordered by phone. Corrine, the person who took my order was helpful, positive and patient. Her positivity made my day! I appreciated the added items being available (plates & fork pack), and their delivery option. I would definitely recommend this business without hesitation. 5+ Stars. Annie

Service is horrible, I ordered and waited for 31 minutes to still not get what I ordered while they Were empty when I arrived, but served everyone else that came in after me and did not prepare my order. Never again

We ordered 4 of the bundtlets the night before for a birthday. When I arrived for pickup everything was ready to go and packaged nicely. Everyone loved having their own flavor cake, all in all a nice experience.

I usually don’t post reviews, but felt I needed to in this case.When you join eClub you receive a free Bundtlet on your birthday. Unfortunately, I moved 3 1/2 hours away and don’t get to Brookfield very often. My birthday is in Dec. I came to the area in Feb, which I know isn’t my birthday month. I haven’t been able to get my bundtlet for many years. I thought they might be understanding and honor the bundtlet, but they didn’t. I don’t go in for the free bundtlet only. I was planning on picking up several more. I have given this franchise a lot of business prior to moving. Unfortunately, they have permanently lost my business and I won’t recommend this place to anyone.

We got a gender reveal cake and when my husband went to pick it up the receipt had right on it “blue rattle” Which indicates boy. Luckily he didn’t look at it and I didn’t notice it until afterwards, but it could’ve easily ruined the whole surprise. Their cakes are delicious but works never recommend them for a gender reveal cake unless you have someone else go pick it up for you and take off the receipt.
