I’m extremely irate because I went to the store and haven’t been there in some time! I had a stamped card with a free Bundt cake and they wouldn’t even honor my coupon. They were rude about the whole situation and that makes me upset. I spent a lot of money there in the past

My partner and I utilized Nothing Bundt Cakes Brookfield for our wedding reception on 4/25 and it was perfect! We ordered 10 tiered cakes in a variety of flavors for our reception of 180 people. The night ended with 1 cake remaining which worked out perfectly. The reception staff were able to cut the cake during the dinner service and slices allowed our guests to try multiple flavors. Most of our guests never had or heard of Nothing Bundt Cakes prior to our wedding and were very impressed with the flavors and overall quality.

Extremely frustrating when you place an order in advance you get there to pick it up, and they say they never got it. Then they look in the computer system, and say oh sorry- we are wrapping it up. I had to wait an additional 20min for my order. I was late for where I needed to take the cakes due to having to wait.

Absolutely LOVE! This nothing Bundt cakes location, i visit more than i should but i crave a Bundt every other week 😩 staff is always welcoming and friendly! This review is long overdue but i really felt loved on my most recent visit 🫶🏼

I had the best experience with the Brookfield Nothing Bundt Cake location when ordering a birthday cake to be delivered same day. I ordered by phone. Corrine, the person who took my order was helpful, positive and patient. Her positivity made my day! I appreciated the added items being available (plates & fork pack), and their delivery option. We ordered 4 of the bundtlets the night before for a birthday. When I arrived for pickup everything was ready to go and packaged nicely. Everyone loved having their own flavor cake, all in all a nice experience.
