Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Not as good as it used to be, the salad was a bit wilted. Had to find our waiter for water, breadsticks etc..

Relatively what you'd expect from a corporate chain. Food was good, service was in need of retraining. A party of 6 and we had to wait 30 minutes to get our dessert that was to go. (We paid & tipped) no need to check on us, right?

I know it’s just Olive Garden and my expectations are pretty low but I ordered the fettuccine Alfredo to go and I received a very small portion for the price it is definitely not worth the money.

The amount of meat sauce to pasta was so far out of wack it was unacceptable. Will not be returning.

Had a dirty cup with a drink sent to my table. I mean like lipstick on the rim of a cup dirty. When we complained the manager tried to tell us we had clearly done that since they properly clean their cups. Mind you this was a soda, so it comes with refills anyways. Finally we convinced them to swap our cup and the waiter apologized on behalf of the manager. I understand that mistakes happen but the attitude was the biggest offense. I'm giving three stars since our waiter actually seemed to understand our concern and how simple the solution was.

Concerning behavior by management.
I was walking in to the restaurant to grab a quick bite when I was abruptly stopped by a woman screaming at me in the parking lot. She was screaming that I needed to enter through the back and that I was dressed inappropriately. For reference, I was casual work attire. When I asked her to elaborate, she screamed at me again, then rolled her eyes and continued to load stuff in her van/SUV.

I waited there accurately for a couple minutes confused about the encounter while she blatantly talked about me and had an attitude across the parking lot.

I then approached her to ask what she was saying to me. She thought I was a staff member. She was upset at my attire and that I needed to go through the back if I was not clocked in. Little did I know the restaurant didn’t open for another 15 minute.

Needless to say, I don’t think any any restaurant employee should be talking to potential patrons or fellow employee this way. I am assuming that she was management.

I should’ve asked for her name or made a complaint, but I was too mortified and embarrassed. She was a woman with brownish hair in her 30s or 40s. I feel bad for her employees. She saw it to laugh and say it was good she didn’t allow me in the restaurant because it wasn’t open yet.
This was the week before Christmas.

I hope this review makes its way to her so she can reevaluate how she talks to other people and the effect that it has.

I've worked and managed lots of bars and restaurants. I've never encountered such an unprofessional place. The manager with the ponytail is a joke. He singles ppl out and talks unprofessional to his staff about them. This place will never receive my money again or my friends and families

Our food came out timed with apps and entrees. Fresh and hot. Exavion was a superb server meeting our needs and friendly with smiles. Our apps the lasagna rolls and fried mozzarella were delicious! Entrees of shrimp scampi and eggplant parmigiana were wonderful! I am new to the area and I will be back!

Unfortunately this visit was disappointing. The soup was served cold and the chicken was very dry. We were also given fries that looked like leftovers from the bottom of the batch and not fresh at all. The service was decent and the atmosphere was fine but the food quality really missed the mark this time. I hope this was just an off day because usually it was great. It was the first time at this location.

Love this Olive Garden! Met my husband here on a blind date, Bachelorette dinner here and 1 yr anniversary!! That was 17 years ago!! Clean restaurant and friendly staff!

We ordered takeout and was first given the wrong order but we went inside and it was sorted out quickly. The main problem was our salads were half full, the chicken gnocchi soup had zero pieces of chicken in it, and the soup tasted extremely watered down as if water was added to make the bowl look more full. Very disappointing.
