Celebrating 2 people's birthday at dinner. They asked the table if we wanted desert but whoevers birthday it was got free desert, but they had to share 1 desert. Everyone there was an adult and married. It was very rude and uncomfortable seeing two family members who were married to different people have to share a desert.

Cheryl was absolutely incredible! Very attentive to refills on everything and such a kind woman. She had multiple big tables to attend to and never skipped a beat. 10/10 service!

My meal had literally 6 small shrimps –shrimp scampi–, and a bunch of vegetables as a filler. The chkn gnocchi soup is nothing but gnocchi, no chicken! It doesn't matter if I order take out, I still get charged the full meal –not a penny less. If you need to increase the charge of food, it's completely understandable. But, serving less in order to keep low prices its also not good quality assurance. This is not the first time I get screwed on my take outs. U̴nfortunɐtely, it's the only restaurant that takes order late at night. Very disɐppointed

Don't advertise a 15 min wait online then walk in to tell us it's actually going to be 45min! Fire the GM, she's obviously incompetent and needs retraining

In an age where everything is changing and many of Bluemound restaurants have disappeared, Olive Garden is still there offering tasty food at reasonable prices and excellent atmosphere .

Very good restaurant! I ate here twice – once in 2018 and again this time in 2025. Still just as delicious. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Had gone for dinner and no one showed up at thr reception table for 10 min, then one lazy person who was watching mobile in the bar area showed up. He asked usto wait for 15 min but we see most of the restaurant tables are empty. Looks like they have no server available to handle customer. Asked for ice water but served warm water with one ice cube. Pasta was cold And dry. No mint was provided at the end, looks they don't care, not recommended.

We called ahead to inquire about seating for a party of eight—four adults and four children. The staff was professional and courteous over the phone, clearly explaining the seating process. Upon arrival, we waited approximately 10 minutes before being seated.

Our server, Landen, was exceptional. He was patient, personable, and made us feel genuinely welcomed—not just as customers, but as guests. He engaged us in friendly conversation, offered helpful insights on menu options, and went above and beyond to ensure our experience was enjoyable.

What stood out most was his kindness and attentiveness, particularly toward our daughter with special needs. His thoughtful approach did not go unnoticed and meant a great deal to our family.

I highly recommend this Olive Garden location, not only for the quality of the food but especially for the outstanding service we received from Landen. He truly made our visit memorable.
