Ordered a chicken teriyaki chicken bowl with 1/2 rice 1/2 greens. My chicken was inedible, chewy, fat, gristle and just plain gross. The rice looked like they scrapped the rest off the bottom of the pot, with a crunchy layer of inedible rice. Super disappointed, will not be back.

The food quality is very consistent! They have many sweet options that are classic American Chinese options, but also have more savory options that have some nice spice.

Waited in line for around 8 minutes while they were filling big family orders, understandable. Worker asks what I wanted, and I start to tell him. The drive-through guy stopped him and told him to finish a web order before helping me. There was a family of six behind me so I don't understand why the orders that are being picked up are more important than a customer that has been waiting. Misplaced priorities.

Generally good delivery but frequently forgets fortune cookies and ordered sauces. The chili beef (crispy and slight apice) is good. Walnut shrimp on delivery was stick crunchy but less so when they mush it into a carton. I thought I'd help parents and the elderly by showing a photo of the kids meal the Cub. You can pick one side or 2 half sides. However, the vegies were quite raw, and that's unacceptable for little cubs

This was my first time at this Panda Express and everything was wonderful, starting with the friendly way I was greeted at the drive thru . After a very patient and simple explanation on how it all worked I placed my order to EDISON who kindly and accurately took my order. I received a VERY GENEROUS portion (from a smiling EDISON) of beef and broccoli, both of which were cooked to perfection. My meal was topped off with a fresh & tasty fortune cookie! The menu was extensive and the prices were reasonable. I am very impressed and look forward to returning very soon.
The servers were awesome and very friendly, and the food was delicious!

Would have gave 5 ⭐️ but they cheat you out of your food portions specifically the fried rice and skimp you on your bigger plate and don’t fill your entree box roughly half way! They make you wait on fresh rice when they have none left to make your plate then when it comes out they barely put rice in your box I done had enough will not be returning !

While waiting for our green bean chicken to be made fresh Lar, the lovely gentleman working the drive through, gave us a complimentary beverage as a “sorry for the wait & thank you for your patience”; this was a very nice and unexpected bit of service. Very friendly staff!

Stopped in bought dinner, when asked what I wanted to drink i said water and grabbed a big cup. The cashier rudely told me he was going to charge me unless I put it back, so I did. I then questioned that he was going to keep the cup after I touched it. I watched him give it to a customer about 10minutes later... I have open cuts on my hands from work... one would think this would be a health issue.
