This place was absolutely delicious the soup was creamy and seasoned very well I love the baguette with it and the chicken barbecue sandwich was delicious very seasoned and well moistened on the chicken and the BBQ sauce was spot on I would eat here I would give the food here 100% Plus so if you're looking for good food do come here it was absolutely delicious I will be back it beats some of the other restaurants that I've had which is crappy chicken and crappy service so do come here this is one of the best Panera breads I have ate.

Slow service. Dirty tables. Ordered a smoothie as part of our meal. It tasted like sour milk. When we brought it to the staffs attention…we were rudely told it’s made with Greek yogurt with no offer to adjust or remake it or provide an alternative.

Went here to get a coffee and bagel with my fiancée -- there was maybe 1 or 2 other customers in the entire store.
When I went to get my coffee almost all of the coffee decanters were empty. The coffee I got was lukewarm. The other drink station was dirty where my fiancée went to get her drink. Given how dead it was, it surprised me that the coffee was empty and drink stations dirty.
In addition, they gave my fiancée the wrong bagel. We each one small container of cream cheese that didn't even cover the bagel completely.
All around poor experience for an expensive price. We won't go back.

Monday evening for dinner. It was dead like hell. The food was also just rotten. I love Panera breads generally as an healthy option. But this salad, was disgusting. Onions still frozen, same with cucumber, and the green leaf- I think it was arugula was really really bad. See pic. Avoid this location if you can.

this is such a sad attempt at a good coffee. A literal dollop of whipped cream, dark and super bitter….at that point don’t even use the domed cap if you aren’t using a good amount of whipped cream.
Ordered soup takeout. No spoons no napkins. Bread was so hard, it couldn’t be eaten.

My granddaughter and I love Panera so I went on Tuesday for dinner take out. The soup was wonderful as always and the cinnamon bagels delicious. The problem was with the total I was charged. I filled out the Panera review I received by email as well as contacted the store directly. Not only was everyone absolutely wonderful from Jeremy to the store manager, Alisha. I was treated with total respect and courtesy and they resolved the issue more than I expected. They are so amazing. I recommend Panera wholeheartedly!! Thank you!!

Don't order delivery! My bread had a bite in it. The bag was n9t secured. $61. for lunch for 2. Offers do not load and codes don't work. Catering lunch box is not even on the menu or App. The new french dip contained almost no meat. There is zero caring about to go or delivery. The $9.99 soup was a small CUP. Simply over priced terrible food
