Monday evening for dinner. It was dead like hell. The food was also just rotten. I love Panera breads generally as an healthy option. But this salad, was disgusting. Onions still frozen, same with cucumber, and the green leaf- I think it was arugula was really really bad. See pic. Avoid this location if you can.

this is such a sad attempt at a good coffee. A literal dollop of whipped cream, dark and super bitter….at that point don’t even use the domed cap if you aren’t using a good amount of whipped cream.

Ordered soup takeout. No spoons no napkins. Bread was so hard, it couldn’t be eaten.

My granddaughter and I love Panera so I went on Tuesday for dinner take out. The soup was wonderful as always and the cinnamon bagels delicious. The problem was with the total I was charged. I filled out the Panera review I received by email as well as contacted the store directly. Not only was everyone absolutely wonderful from Jeremy to the store manager, Alisha. I was treated with total respect and courtesy and they resolved the issue more than I expected. They are so amazing. I recommend Panera wholeheartedly!! Thank you!!

Don't order delivery! My bread had a bite in it. The bag was n9t secured. $61. for lunch for 2. Offers do not load and codes don't work. Catering lunch box is not even on the menu or App. The new french dip contained almost no meat. There is zero caring about to go or delivery. The $9.99 soup was a small CUP. Simply over priced terrible food

Food is great, it's a Panera. You know what you're getting. A little on the expensive side, but that's the reality of eating out in Brookfield.

Personally Panera is overrated and overpriced. But I was with my granddaughter and had a good time

Wanted pumpkin cookies for Thanksgiving. Corporate decides no more pumpkin after Nov. 15 then change to mittens. Ridiculous that they don't realize you don't want MITTENS FOR THANKSGIVING. PAY ATTENTION CORPORATE. YOUR RUINING YOUR COMPANY!!!!!

Usually a good experience, but whenever I’ve ordered the Italian sub it’s been a disappointment… for a $13 dollar sandwich I expect it to be made well. I had asked for extra greens knowing they usually don’t put much on it, and all the greens were mushy and rotten. After removing the greens all that was left was meat and bread that was absolutely soaked and dripping with oil.. I get that work sucks, but please, employees… remember your menu is expensive, please make the food with care and quality.

Well unfortunately not a great experience here today. I’ve had decent to good service here in the past, but today was fairly disappointing. I ordered an everything bagel, toasted, with plain cream cheese and coffee. Coffee was fine. It took nearly 15 minutes to get my bagel, and the electronic device didn’t work either, then they gave me the wrong cream cheese. By the time I got my bagel it was very warm, not toasted, and the wrong cream cheese. Really!!!
