Ruby Isle location is sometimes great, sometimes not so great. Please use fresh real avocados and change how you cut and place avocado on the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt sandwich. It’s usually a big piece stuck on top of each half. It should be sliced and the slices spread out on top of both halves. Yesterday both avocado chunks were inedible. They were like rubber. Couldn’t eat them.

Awesome staff the guy working behind the counter was very nice and very welcoming i think the lady cashier should follow suit. The place was clean and very relaxing.

I went there to visit with a friend and it was really nice. We sat outside. There was plenty of nice space to sit either in the shade or enjoying the sun. The menu and service is what you'd expect from a properly run Panera. The bathrooms were nice and clean and everyone was pleasant.

We went just before close after a kid's game. Grabbed soup and sandwiches. Sandwiches were wrong, asked to remake and remade the wrong one on the receipt. Had to remake again for correct sandwich. All in all, it was good. Just wrong. Made us feel like everything was an inconvenience even though there were still 30 mins til close. Asked for condiments and the employees looked confused at the request for butter.

Stop by for breakfast time from time. Service time can vary quite a bit depending on how busy it is. Breakfast options are okay, but can often be very greasy and/or unappetizing. Coffee is good. Cashiers are usually very nice. Ordering through the app can be troublesome, but usually works out okay. Sometimes a scheduled order will be finished early, so I wouldn't recommend it; the risk of it being taken by someone else, intentionally or not, is pretty high.

Stopped for breakfast. The food is good, but it takes about 10 minutes from the time you order. They don’t give you a drink cup at the kiosks anymore, so you are left to wait without a drink. I should have ordered at the counter, I guess. The decor is very dated at this location. It’s always busy there, but the place could use a refresh. With the new pickleball facility going in next door, it will probably continue to be busy.
