Amazing service. Fast and accurate. I bought the cinnamon pinwheel, the cookies , and a pizza and a cheesy garlic bread pizza for my best friend and her family.they were excellent , delicious, and very good price everything.

Tend to lose orders. This time they ran out of ingredients and didn't bother to call and let me know. Used to be a good store. Keeps getting worse.

The last 3 times I purchased pizza's this location was out of hand tossed crust and only had thin. On top of that this last time they ran out of sausage and I got a short handful of crumbles of something I'm truly not sure what it was and they didn't do the last topping cheese after everything was on the pizza. Just a general disappoint all the way around they used to be the leaders and now they're making people lose faith go elsewhere.

Sat for 25 minutes while every other customer had alredy gotten their orders and watched staff complete multiple call in orders while waiting for a second pizza

Usually this place does a really good job but lately I ordered online the chicken garlic pizza with customized ingredients list which when I picked up the pizza it was already waiting for me wrapped up but missing the ingredients I added plus when I got home and cooked the chicken garlic pizza and we ate it was plain tasting like it had no garlic flavor like the last time as if they forgot to add something. The last time it tasted Really good but this time not good at all no flavor. Also the Hawaiian pizza was also missing the onion's and green peppers I added plus I put normal for cheese and there was way to much cheese as I did not pick extra cheese.. sadly Im willing to give a better review when they start doing better..

Worst Papa Murphy’s EVER the staff is uneducated and unsanitary the new owner is lost and rude I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND‼️ Just give the store back to the previous owner RATE:0
Proper sanitary practices and actual pizza quality are severely lacking at this location.

I am very disappointed with the service (rather lack of) that I received from the Brookfield, Wisconsin location on Calhoun Road. At 6:45pm May 20, 2022, my family decided to get pizzas for dinner. I saw on Google, that the stores closed at 7pm so I tried to call 2 times to order. We were already driving in the direction, so we stopped in at 7:00pm. The lights were on, the OPEN sign was on, there were 3 employees & 2 customers in the store. The door was unlocked and I walked in. A worker was still making pizzas. I patiently waited my turn. After waiting several minutes, a employee walked up to the cash register and said, "Ma'am, we're closed". I pointed out that they were still OPEN when I walked in, and they looked at me dumbfounded and said nothing. I mentioned that I had tried to call and an employee said, "we've been busy." I said that nothing was put away and they said, "that's what we're going to do now." One employee then went and turned off the OPEN sign. The others took off their gloves and walked into the back. I'm now trying to help them out and un-busy them, since they can't provide basic service to their customers. So help them out and don't go here.

THIS PLACE IS GREAT. WE HAVE ALLDONE OUR MARTIS , DOMINOS AND THE LOU.FOR TIME EFFICENCY...QUALITY OF INGREDIENTS, EXPERT CRAFTSMANSHIP AND PRICE. THISPIZZA PURVEYOR CANNOT BE BEAT. HANDS ON NEW OWNER WHO REALLY CARES. MURPHYS IS A WINNER!

Like one of the previous reviews mentioned, If I could give this store a 0 star I would. As a former Manager of Two Papa murphy's locations my experience was Horrible at the store on Calhoun Rd. The Lady who answered the phone was VERY Rude. When I got there my order was not ready (I even gave them an extra 10 minutes from the 20 they quoted) I watched the lady make my order and was even more unimpressed. She did not add the extra sauce I asked for, They put a WHOLE CUP of tomatoes on each out my crust less pizzas. When it should have been the measurement for a MEDIUM PIZZA .She forgot the green onion, but when I asked for it I regretted the fact that I did. They are HUGE when they should be cut Very SMALL.This Post is so that the owner of the store can take control of this problem. Not only are you loosing Money from your employees not properly measuring but THIS IS NOT THE QUALITY YOU SHOULD WANT BEING GIVEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS! I would suggest taking a look at your staff and their ranking because your Black Shirt Manager is NOT QUALFIED and in need of training to make sure that things run smoothly. He needs a backbone and to learn how to take charge of his staff. This was an Absolute Waste of my money and I will never be back to this location.

We've had a few issues with this Papa Murphy's in the past, but we continue to go because it's the closest one to home. When we walked in to pick our our pizza we were the only ones in there and staff didn't acknowledge us at all. When we got home we realized they had made us a buffalo chicken pizza instead of barbecue chicken pizza. When we called, they said they would not start making our new pizza until they physically saw the pizza was wrong. The only reason it's two stars instead of one is because once the pizza is made correctly it's pretty good.
