First time trying Potbelly, and wow! I had the sweet heat pork bbq sandwich! Toasted perfect just enough on the sub, simply amazing!!! They just earned a new customer! Keep up the great work Brookfield!

Wow, so really disappointed with the order I had received tonight. I had been eagerly anticipating trying Pot Belly subs for so long now. For at least 2 years or more. Finally try them tonight & I order The Italian and paid the cost to add bacon (almost $4, more than any other submarine restaurant) and I get my sandwich minus the freaking bacon. Like what? I tried calling the shop and of course no one answers the phone.

As far as taste, it was okay, I guess. They're no Cousins subs, that's for certain. I also ordered the Pizza Melt sub & I have to be honest, their meatballs are delicious. I got it with hot peppers though & had instantly regretted it. Too much heat.

Pre-portioned. Zero culinary class. Judging from the taste, probably prepped the day before. Stingy on the portions. Cubano is a disgrace. When he asked me if I wanted pickles and mustard on it, I should’ve known I was in the wrong place. Hey! That rhymes

Food was great, food prepares were great, but that girl at the register , Cleary showed she did not want to be there, atmosphere 4 stars because the light bulb at the table we were sitting at was flickering really bad. But the food was delicious, I got a pizza sub and sugar cookie yummy 😋

This was my first time trying Potbelly, and the sandwich was perfect. I got the BLTA with extra mayo. The bacon won me over, with nice, fresh, thick-cut bacon, not the pre-cooked thin bacon you buy at the store. It was perfect. The bread was toasted to perfection, and the flavor of the sandwich was great. I will be back.

We've visited this location previously and didn't have any issues, however tonight one the employees was so rude to her co worker when they asked her a question about our order. She rolled her eyes and used profanity in front of my children. Rude employee in photo.

Both she and the cashier were so pleasant and friendly, making the entire experience enjoyable.
