Food was great, food prepares were great, but that girl at the register , Cleary showed she did not want to be there, atmosphere 4 stars because the light bulb at the table we were sitting at was flickering really bad. But the food was delicious, I got a pizza sub and sugar cookie yummy 😋

This was my first time trying Potbelly, and the sandwich was perfect. I got the BLTA with extra mayo. The bacon won me over, with nice, fresh, thick-cut bacon, not the pre-cooked thin bacon you buy at the store. It was perfect. The bread was toasted to perfection, and the flavor of the sandwich was great. I will be back.

We've visited this location previously and didn't have any issues, however tonight one the employees was so rude to her co worker when they asked her a question about our order. She rolled her eyes and used profanity in front of my children. Rude employee in photo.

Everything about our visit was fantastic! The staff were incredibly nice and welcoming. I wish I could remember her name but she was outstanding! Both she and the cashier were so pleasant and friendly, making the entire experience enjoyable. Great customer service is hard to come by these days, so visiting this location was a refreshing reminder that exceptional service still exists. On top of that, the food was delicious!
