Food was cold, workers were rude, unprofessional and lacked any sort of customer service! They wouldn’t do half portions of meat, yet all other locations do! Cashiers response was snarky! Do yourself a favor and go to a different location or better yet, go to Chipotle!

Very dirty store. The vents clearly are rarely cleaned - if ever (especially the white one above the register). When was the last time someone cleaned under the soda machine? The franchise owner needs to get a good cleaning crew in there. Staff not friendly or welcoming and acted like if you fired them you'd be doing them a favor. I won't return and take my business elsewhere.

The rudest establishment in the area. The staff is completely unprofessional and incompetent, the place is consistently dirty (dirty tables, soft drink area, floor and overflowing garbage). Standing in line and I have to say hello how are you to the employee African América she give faces she have bad attitude look to me she is not happy there , I will not go back there !

Hands down the rudest establishment in the area. The staff is completely unprofessional and incompetent, the place is consistently dirty (dirty tables, soft drink area, floor and overflowing garbage). Standing in line had to listen to the manager bark out directives to the cooking staff, while laughing and joking with the other staff. Staff that serves food displays poor proper hygiene, unkempt hair and clothing. This location has steadily gone downhill for the past 2 years, I'm surprised it is even still in business. After reading multiple other reviews here, it appears I'm not just being another "Kevin" or "Karen". Qdoba corporate needs to step in and pay a surprise undercover visit here to witness it first hand. Visit another location and safe yourself the headache.

I was treated like I wasn't welcomed I think it was because I was an African American I greeted employee nothing just looked down and had an attitude while fixing my food whispering with the manager with red shirt if that what she was and when a white family came in she was excited and greeted them and just threw my things to the side I was so disgusted. I will not ever visit again and will pass the word to others this behavior was very disgusting and she also made me wait because she was getting fresh rice when I watch them pull the rice and mix it in a bowl with old rice so unprofessional!!!!!

Food was pretty good. Wasn't anything special about the service. I went with my girlfriend. She went first and the guy behind the counter made sure to ask her if he wanted everything. When he got to me he stopped asking half way down the line and assumed I was done, so I had to ask him for more stuff. And, I don't know why they ask you for a tip when you pay... All I do is put stuff together.The food looked fresh but after I ate it, it messed my stomach up.

Manager is always rude for no reason about nothing. Employees are slow and don't talk, just stare at you. How are the tables dirty, when I'm the only person sitting inside before lunch rush?I'll go out of my way to the location on Capitol and 124 which is always great.

This Qdoba is working with the D team. They never say anything when you walk up, they won’t do half and half meats, employees seem annoyed to be making any food. In the past the door was malfunctioning and wouldn’t open from the outside and no employees came up to open it, after a minute a customer with a leg cast and a scooter had to come open it. It’s like an alternate reality here

This was the worst Qdoba order I have ever had. Every part of my order was complete garbage. The Create Your Own 3 Tacos literally had a scoop of meat, a leaf of lettuce and no cheese. The burrito Create Your Own Bowl looked like someone was angry and tossed a bunch of stuff together and said F'it. The 3-Cheese Queso & Chips was cold, and the bowl of ground beef I ordered was like 2 scoops of meat and cost $8. The only thing they did right is try to lose a customer. This Qdoba is on a major decline - employees make all the difference, find new ones!

Everytime I go to this Qdoba all of the workers are extremely rude. They are annoyed that they have to take your order, yet that is their job. Manager is also very rude and harsh.

Was out running errands with my mother in law and thought Qdoba sounded good for lunch. I am 8 months pregnant with twins, so she parked up front by the door (not blocking it) and waited in the car with my son, so I didn't have to walk far to get inside. When I got the the counter, the employee (not sure if it was a manager or not, I think it was) told me to go back and tell her to move her car or else she will get towed. I told her I wasn't walking back out to the car, cause I was really pregnant and we will take our chances cause I doubt we will get towed. She then put all of the spoons in the food bins and refused to serve me until the car moved. She yelled back at another employee to go outside and tell the lady to move her car. Which the employee started to very slowly walk toward the counter. I was perplexed as to what the big deal was, in the time it took for all this to happen they could have just made a burrito and we would have been gone. So I said not to worry about it and that we will go somewhere else cause this whole thing was f-ing stupid. Went to Chipotle down the road instead and will never go to that Qdoba again. Really bizarre that a place will let business walk out like that.

I'm a big QDOBA fan but the staff here seemed annoyed to be alive. They were rude and didn't seem to really care about delivering quality service. The food was great through per usual.
