Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Went to Milwaukee from Green Bay for an event and thought we'd try it. We were not let down. Not only was the food great but we had a great experience with the staff as well.
Even though they were busy, it seemed that the employees were working as a team. Got to say I was impressed. Will absolutely try another raising Cane's in the future.

Ordered curbside pickup. Received a 6:13pm pickup time. Arrived around 6:25pm thinking it would give them plenty of time to get the order ready. Clicked the “I’m here” button. Waited about 10 minutes. No one came out with my order. Called the store and it took a good minute for someone to pick up. After someone finally picked up I gave them my name and they said someone will be out with my order shortly. Waited another 20-25 minutes. Nothing. Livid, I walked in. Wanted to cancel my order and get a refund. Was told they couldn’t do it in store and I would have to do it online. As I was walking out they asked for my name. Lo and behold they found my order sitting on the counter for 10+ minutes and asked if I still wanted it. Nope, simply because of the horrible service and waste of time. That and the food has most likely gone cold by then. Never returning to this store ever!

Stop offering curbside pickup if no one is going to bring out my food. This is the second time. No one answers the phone either.

Raising canes is amazing if you can afford it. The prices are not that reasonable but it's good. Thank you to the staff for the fast service.

Compared to the canes on 76th street, capitol aves location leaves much to be desired. The store was dirty on the inside with garbage scattered about, chairs out of place, and disgusting smelling bathrooms

On the topic of service, hale the team is too busy sitting at registers talking to other staff on the opposite side to actually pay attention when you place your order, then get mad when you don’t grab your receipt fast enough so they toss it to you and say “take your receipt damn” then completely forget your order and hand out everyone after you when you wait 20 minutes

This location is a great example of terrible management, no accountability, and no good culture.

Its fine, nothing crazy. The sauce is backbone of the food here. I will say the tenders were prepared very well and pretty tender.

Considering their food menu, service is relatively slow. It took about 5 minutes to get my food although there were only 2 customers in the restaurant. In addition, the bathroom smells like cannibis; that totally killed my appetite.

It was pretty good. Food is always good. The tenders were nice and crispy the bread was nice and soft I absolutely love the sauce.
