Good meal. Good service. The sodas with whipped cream are excellent. The whiskey River chicken sandwich and the lava burger were tasty.

There truly should be zero stars given for our experience we had last night. Not only was our service not great and food mediocre at best, but as we are sitting there eating, a MOUSE runs across the dining room area and under some booths. And just scampers back forth. And then after we tell our sever she just laughs and says that the bartender would’ve screamed if she had seen it and continues to charge us our full meal. The manager, or at least I’m assuming the manager, came over as we are paying for our bill and apologizes says they are aware of the problem and have been trying to get rid of them. He then offers to take something off our bill, after we have already paid, and we just kindly declined as there was no way I was staying in that restaurant any longer than needed. So it was handled very well. It was very disturbing and very gross.

Used to be great food, great service, but seems those days are gone. They didn't even get the bill right until after we questioned it. $9.99 x 3 isn't$55.00. But they did finally make the bill right. Sad that no one wants to actually do the job they were hired to do.

Our server was amazing. I dont remember her name but she was so friendly and informational with how to use the app to get a free appetizer. The pretzel bite and the beer cheese was soo delicious!

Seating was easy and the service was great. Red robins, please give the 6 foot, glasses and hat wearing, waiter with the 5 o'clock shadow a raise (we are currently at the restaurant)

Great look and decorations. decent menu.
Food came out nuke warm, the staff lacked friendliness and the bathrooms were atrocious. the Men's r[m had a ceiling leak but instead of putting a bucket or something to indicate a ceiling leak they just put a wet floor sign, several people got dried on while going to or exiting the stall.
We gave them a 2nd (maybe 3rd,4th) chance and we will not be back. food was good but nuke warm and only ok compared to other places close by.

I love Red Robin, and this one is no different. A very fun and kind server named Jon David was great, and he deserves a big raise. Food is always consistent in quality, and tasty. The company itself has raised prices and reduced portions, but that's not reflective of this location.

When we arrived, the hostess wasn't at the hostess station. They were not busy. After a few minutes, she did come to seat us. The waitress seemed to do the minimal work at our table. She never asked if we wanted refills on our drinks. We also had to go to the bar to ask for a box for our food.

I always enjoy going here. Food is always good. Our Server Jake was also amazing and on top of anything we needed. Lots of options for food especially appetizers.
