Scratch Ice Cream

My kids love going here…, we usually ride our bikes here. Fun times.

One of the best ice cream shops in the vicinity for sure. And the best part is that they are open later than most other shops. We tried the Salted Caramel Oreo and the Toffee and they both were amazingly good!

I had high hopes for Scratch Ice Cream in Wisconsin, but unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The flavors weren’t unique or memorable, and the ice cream itself was just average. What really stood out, though, was the poor customer service—the employee behind the counter kept asking how many samples we had tried, making the experience uncomfortable. For the price, I expected better quality and service. Wouldn’t recommend.

Embarrassingly small amount of ice cream for $10 with tip. It made the cup look empty. At least the staff was nice.

we had the very same experience of previous review.....Happy day to eat an Ice cream with a horrible welcome or not welcome at all!

The employee didn't ask if there were anything we'd like or that we'd like to sample but instead decided to stare at us until we placed an order. I've been to all scratch locations and this location by far has the worst customer service.

Great place for simple ice cream! The music wasn’t too loud, and it was just very plain and simple. They had a nice outdoor seating area which also included a gazebo. I got a single scoop waffle cone with the coffee flavor. The store is placed in a quiet neighborhood, making it even nicer to go to. I would definitely recommend this place!

The person who served me and my friend was very nice ☺️ There were 4 vegan options, which I was super excited about (and the one I had was super yummy)! I'd definitely like to come back sometime. The flavours listed on the website were different than the ones offered in store, but that's really my only complaint.
