Everything was made well and cooked perfectly. It was our first time trying the Shack chicken sandwich and it was seasoned just right, juicy and crispy. Also, tried the cheese fries. š When we learned SS was out of the peppermint bark shake (how I don't know? Do you run out of peppermint?), the young lady at the counter was apologetic. I tried the sticker toffee and my granddaughter had a Christmas cookie shake. They were very tasty! Friendly faces were abundant, too. When we encounter that kind of service, we go back. š

First time ever eating at a shake shack. Did a drive thru order. The food was good, hot, and made correctly. Only complaint is they got my drink order incorrect. But it could've been both the traffic and rain making it hard to hear me (I ordered a passionade with boba drink and didn't get the boba).

Hampton inn next door would not let me charge my phone. Said it was because of loitering. But the staff at the shake shack let me charge my phone so I would be able to board my bus and get back to California. The staff at the shake shack will help people in need when others won't.

This is now my second time going to this restaurant. The food here is seasoned well, not overly greasy. The environment is clean and well kept. The manager Joe is very friendly and even came to our table to check on us and our experience. Don't skip out on the custard shakes- worth it!

Not impressed when your one job is to read the order when it is made. Pretty disappointed that I didnāt get what I ordered and my money was stolen as obviously an extra patty and avocado costs extra. McDonald's food at Culvers prices is the best way I'd describe this place. Thought I'd give it a try and it just wasn't good. Onion rings are garbage and not worth the money. Burger messy which is fine if the bun can support it.

First time visiting a shake shack. Excited when I seen the sign. Place looks awesome. Staff was amazing. Two ladies helped me. The main one went over the menu and gave some suggestions. After receiving my food the manager spoke to me before leaving. We had a nice chat about the service industry as I myself worked for many years. He seemed like a genuine great guy. I ate my food in my truck. (Truck driver). Food was perfect. I hate to compare but best smash type burger around. Only other burger that matches this one is five guys. Iāll definitely stop by another shake shack if I come across it. Thanks to the staff. Not many places over great food AND service!

I had been told to try the pomegranate sweet basil lemonade. The flavor tasted off like the lemonade had been old. The lemonade was also cloudy. My burger was not as good as it usually has been. The bun was very small and the toppings were falling out of my burger. I had also gotten a grilled cheese later on. When they had brought the grilled cheese out to me it was completely burnt. I had went up to the counter and had let the girl with the red hair know that my grilled cheese was burnt. She had acted like she didnāt care then had went and showed one of her coworkers and they started laughing. I donāt usually complain but it was burnt and smelled burnt as well. I would not have eaten it. They did give me a new one and it was fine but the cheese was not fully melted. I ate it but I did not feel the girl with the red hair was very nice. This is the only shake shack I go to and the food is always good but this time I feel like it could have been better. I am disappointed on how my experience went today.
