3 stars because it's given me indigestion (food poisoning?) for almost a day now. :/ For that reason plus the high price, I likely will never return.
Other than that, everything tasted great! I was impressed that the spicy fries were actually spicy and the custard was really good!!! The chicken sandwich was also pretty good -the crisp breading on the chicken was the best!
They also have really nice outdoor and indoor seating, if you're looking for a place to hang out with people
Also- shake shack, why do you call yourselves shake shack if there is ONE SINGLE milkshake flavor available for online ordering (I think maybe there were 3 more seasonal not available online??)? Smh.
There's a place down south called cook out with like 50 milkshake flavors (and way better prices). I thought maybe it would be more like that. Or like Culver's. Culver's definitely wins for me. No food poisoning experiences, better prices, and you can add different flavors to make your own unique milkshake. I'll be continuing to go there for my mint milkshakes.
Good chicken, hamburger and fries
The hamburgers are soon good.
You can BARELY see this place from the road. They've been open 10 months and I had just noticed it today.
Friendly and fast service. I had already eaten but my awful future bipolar unfaithful wife to be didnt, so she got the chicken avocado and me the cheese fries. She never eats the vegetables on a sandwich but she even ate the pickles on this! She said they were fresh as well, didnt taste like from a jar. She immediately compared it to a fancy restaurant across the street and said it was better than the meal we had there. She doesnt even eat chocolate nor chocolate shakes, and she loved my Oreo Funnel Cake shake. Woo, the cheese fries reminds me of what I had in Chicago at the hot dog shops (Irvings of Wilmette) but different and better. NOT a generic nacho cheese, this was GREAT. I would love to have our hacker club meetups here sometime, as they have caffeinated lemonade, wine, and homebrew beer! Never have to pay for her again, she's gone, thank God.
Food was on point. I've been telling everyone about my experience.
ABSOLUTELY WORTH THE PRICE
Great food and quick service!
Nice employees quick service.
Hot, juicy and delicious smashburgers. The perfect crinkle cut fries. Delectable shakes and lemonades. If you've got the craving, this is where you want to go!
Cashier was very friendly and had a good attitude. She left out 2 cheese fries however and when I got home, I wasn't happy. I called the store, pushed 2 to speak to a manager and had to leave a message. Not convenience to go back.

Good but pricey
Some people say this place is expensive but for the same price margins as McDonald's, this place is actually worth spending money on!
I bought the brat burger, which was very good. I originally went there to get a hamburger, but for some reason couldn't wrap my head around paying $13 for a hamburger. I don't know who can afford this stuff. Maybe it's just the way times are.
Nice staff and good food. I had the truffle 'shroom which so good! My husband liked his better than Five Guys which is his go to place. The only bummer is that they no longer have the dairy free shake
The food is good, service is decent, but the place is usually a bit dirty.
