The food was so gross. It was so bland and definitely not authentic. Very disappointing.

1st time here & my last. Guy with the recent hair transplant on the front of his head took my order. After I ordered, he pressed a button to ADD a 3.5% c.card processing fee. I had cash in my hand and I said im paying cash. He says, "ok cash". So, he is expecting I wouldnt notice the add-on fee. I said no, im paying cash, why am I charged a fee. After back and forth, and him acting like he cant understand what im saying, he finally removed it. He was so rude and gave me dirty looks the entire time I was waiting. Dude, I know a fraudster when I see one....... this was deliberate and I 100% believe he/they are charging this "fee" for EVERY CUSTOMER.......

My family was curious about Turkish cuisine, and this place popped up on our recommendations. It is a casual takeout spot with limited seating area. Plenty of parking. We ordered dolmas (stuffed grape leaves) and other appetizers, the lamb and chicken skewers, and combo plates and had to wait quite a bit for our food. The meats were a bit too heavily salted, spiced, and/or charred for our liking. Their side dishes, like hummus and babaganoush, were fantastic. I also ordered baklava dessert, which tasted pretty good after I refrigerated it.

There are too many far superior shawarma spots in Waukesha and Milwaukee county in comparison to this spot. It started with the service. The cashier (pictured eating) was so rude and off putting, we should have left. He acted like it was a hassle to take our order and also didn't ask us what option we wanted, just gave us hummus. He then told us it's a 3.6% charge to use a credit card. Beyond that, the food was terrible..
The worst kefta I ever tasted in my life and the chicken kabobs had a weird chewy texture. The pita bread was hard and the salad looked unfresh. Just a really terrible place and waste of money.

The last 2 times I bought through Uber Eats they forgot much of my order that I paid for. I recommend if you order through a service call and remind them what you just ordered. Leave tons of notes that they hopefully read. I asked if they have difficulty reading the orders and asked why I paid for things I did not receive. It’s shouldn’t be too difficult to read the order, if you can’t there has to be someone there that can. So now twice in a row I paid for things I did not receive. When I call to remind them of that there is nothing but silence and no explanation. I get the feeling that they don’t care at all.

The service is so so. It’s not bad and not the best. I was waiting for my order probably over 20 minutes. People after me was getting orders and than me. Definitely not a fast food type of restaurant! The food is ok. The kebab house is way better, tasty and bigger portions.

falafel was nice and crispy but the 'garlic sauce' had the consistency of mayo... that is not how it's properly made at Middle Eastern restaurants.

Good overall. Rice was kind of bland, hummus was absolutely amazing, service was good. I ended up not being a fan of the dish but I tried falafel and they are simply amazing. Worth a shot if you like Mediterranean/Middle Eastern.
