C’mon Starbucks. I stopped in this morning and bought a mocha. The flavor was great but if you’re going to charge me $6+ for a coffee could you at least fill the cup. Took the lid off because it felt very light and the cup was only 3/4 full.

It's not that serious and usually I don't care but I don't get coffee unless I run out at home. Starbucks is already pricy for a small coffee so when I order extra caramel and there isn't extra in the cup and I don't realize until I'm already at work at 6am it's very frustrating since I have to pay for the extra caramel. When someone is paying for the extra you should add the extra.

I love coming to this Starbucks when ever I have to stop at trader Joe's or target. They always make my cold brew just the way I like and the lines are never too busy like other locations

Ordered a refresher which was made well and served promptly. However the redhead cashier at the window was rude for no reason. I said thank you as she handed me my straw and drink, and she rolled her eyes before closing the window, which she didnt think I noticed but I did. Then said something to the young lady behind the counter. I will NOT return to this location, as good customer service trumps good quality every time. Management, please work on training employees on appropriate behavior and professionalism in the work place.

This is by far the worst Starbucks I've ever been to in my life. The people at the counter were incredibly rude and very cold. I ordered a bakery item and they just stood there staring at me and wouldn't even give me my item. I had to ask for it 3 times before someone finally gave it to me. It was one of the strangest experiences ever at a Starbucks. It was like they were literal robots.

I've been going here nearly everyday (I work super close) for years. They always get my order right! And it's not like I get the same exact thing every time, I switch up my order on a regular basis. They are friendly and fast. Always very happy with their service

Yes all the Starbucks are the same, no they don't really know how to make coffee, and what they call food I wouldn't serve to a dog with all the preservatives. What's so hard to make it fresh there? Anyway... having said that... this is one of my favorite Starbucks in town, I love brining my laptop and working from there. When I get hungry I just walk across the street to Trader Joe's.

although I am a partner at a different Starbucks location, this has always been a favorite of mine as it is on my way to school.I enjoy my drinks when I go here & I love that they have the new updated ice!The only downside is that most of the time when I come in the AM, I’ve noticed that if I Mobile order, I am handed my drink and then the window is shut immediately, which doesn’t necessarily make me feel welcome. While a few other times I’ve went into the store, I was welcomed and conversation was started with me.I feel maybe they should consider connecting with customers more in the drive thru despite if their order was placed on the app or not! But I’ll still continue to go here!
