although I am a partner at a different Starbucks location, this has always been a favorite of mine as it is on my way to school.I enjoy my drinks when I go here & I love that they have the new updated ice!The only downside is that most of the time when I come in the AM, I’ve noticed that if I Mobile order, I am handed my drink and then the window is shut immediately, which doesn’t necessarily make me feel welcome. While a few other times I’ve went into the store, I was welcomed and conversation was started with me.I feel maybe they should consider connecting with customers more in the drive thru despite if their order was placed on the app or not! But I’ll still continue to go here!

Very disappointed in the lack of customer service skills. There was no greeting at the the drive thru window. The barista simply started the total of the order. Then I was charged for a drink that should should have been free with my 200 stars. When I said that I wanted it to be free, the barista told me she “already put it through, sorry”.

I recommend Starbucks kids so good and like every time I always go there to get really good drinks and they always are coming out new drinks and that's a thing I love about it so tell me the time recommend the food is also so good their breakfast sandwiches are also good too and I love pancakes I meant cupcakes but it's really good. Go try it out for yourself.

Date of visit: 1/31/23I had to run out for a quick errand and one of my employees, half-jokingly, told me to bring her back something from Starbucks. I told her to text me her order and she did after she picked her jaw up off the floor!No issues using the app to order two drinks from a few miles down the street and they were just finishing up my order as I walked in, so the timing was pretty spot on.Really the only reason I can't go five stars here is that they didn't ask me if I wanted a carrier as they watched me balance two drinks in my hands as I walked out of the store. While I don't get over here all that often, I would definitely pop in again should it be convenient.
