If I could give this Starbucks located in the Metro market off of W. Capitol Dr. a zero star review I would do it. And I’m one who states, if you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all, but I have to say something about this location. When I went in to get a couple things at the Market I thought I’d stop real quick and grab a coffee, when I got there. It said “come back in 30 minutes, on break”, that didn’t really upset me. I understand that people need to take breaks. As I was on my way out of the market, I saw two young ladies standing over at the counter. I walked over and asked if they were open and she said “yeah, my break’s over in four minutes if you can come back”, what I should’ve done was put my groceries in my vehicle and go across the street to the Starbucks location that I always go to, that always gives me excellent service! But I didn’t. I waited around. One of them finally went behind the counter (braided red hair) and I walked up and she continued talking with the other young lady for about 2 to 3 minutes while I’m waiting for my order to be taken finally she addressed me and asked, “what would I like.” I ordered a Vente white chocolate mocha and the told me it would be a couple minutes wait and it would be right up.” I waited for five minutes and in that time, two other young ladies walked up. They also, I think, ordered a couple of drinks as I’m standing there still waiting the one young lady behind the counter starts to make the two new orders, I’m standing there, they all see me, they all continue to talk about the drama at the metro market (all four work in the building)three minutes later maybe five the young lady who took my order asked me “are you waiting for a drink ma’am” (and let me remind you… I’m the only customer there besides the three other coworkers that work in the building, And she just took my order, Did she forget she never made it?) I said yes, Politely, a Vente white chocolate mocha, at that time she went to make my drink, and I have to say I was so excited to have my white Chocolate mocha, and as I took my first sip ugh!!! 😣 It was disgusting. I didn’t say anything. I just continued to walk away and decided I’m never ever going back to that Starbucks again and what a waste of money and my time. Warning…just go across the street, trust me! Just awful! ZERO STARS ⭐️

Very rude barista at the Starbucks. My wife and 9 year old daughter had the worst experience. The barista was doing inventory at 9am on a Tuesday. My wife was on a time crunch so she kindly told the lady if her order could be put in. The barista started her attitude by throwing her clipboard. As she was making my wife’s/daughter’s drink, the barista was making unnecessary noise by banging the Starbucks equipment and cabinet doors. Starbucks employees are very kind and respectful. Hearing this was very concerning

I've been to this starbucks 3 times now. The first 2 times I was ignored by the employee while she chatted with her friend for several minutes before acknowledging me. This most recent visit there was no barista at all. I stood around for several minutes and never saw an employee.

If I could give no star, I would!! Such a very rude Barista, didn’t even have handed cups, so she used Venti cups and didn’t even fill it half way, stating that’s how much a grande would be. No, that is not true. Then she was using her nails to tap around the whole counter like she waiting for something when really, she should be working on our drinks. Note: this was a mobile app about 15-20 minutes ago. And she didn’t start on it, because she wanted me to come in and confirm that I was ok with venti cups. Really???!!!! I had to go there because I accidentally ordered the one inside metro market instead of a regular store. Never again
