Apparently they did not know how to make the “Hot Honey Chicken” sub, when the poster is on the front of the building. I ended up with chicken and hot honey but they added olives and cucumber and spinach. No cheese was added either. I would have gone in for a refund but my partner wasn’t given a receipt.

Kind of silly exchange with a kid working there. They had a big sign out front that said free coffee with any footlong. I asked for a free coffee because I had ordered two footlongs but was told it’s for walk-in orders only. Uhm I walked in to pick up my online order, why not just honor the sign? Silly and cheap!

Most people here are nice, but I’ve had one bad experience with a guy. They already give less toppings, and when I came in all I asked, was, could he give me less meat and he wanted to go back and fourth instead of just saying okay not like I asked for a discount and he said something rude idk if he thought I couldn’t hear or didn’t care but if you see this I was sick that day and I was kind enough to not give your nasty attitude back to you but that’s not how you treat customers

Empty at lunch time...quite tellingVery light handed on fillings, wouldn't be an issue if I wasn't paying $15 for it.Just go to another location where the staff give you more than 8 inches of filling on a footlong sandwich

The subs here are great but when I got the new cookie foot long it was ice cold. I was excited to try out the new cookie footlong until I realized the one I had recieved was as hard as ice. Hopefully next time I will receive a cookie foot long that is actually warm but overall good subway.

Need more practice making sandwiches. Way too much yellow mustard on mine and the lettuce was browning. The toppings display looked half empty so not as appealing as it could be. It was pretty warm in the store and the tea dispensers were empty too. Looking forward to a better experience next time.

Horrible service very rude!Came in today feb 22, 2024 around or before 12:40 and the indian kid with the backwards hat (pictured on the right). Was VERY rude. I was waiting to check out and was patiently waiting for my churro, when he said “wait” like if he was commanding a dog. I said “excuse me?,” and he said “move, me help him first.” And then glared at me and swore something in his language under his breath

These guys, a few years ago I spotted going because of a really rude kid that worked here. He's gone and the owners are just so wonderful to everyone. Not fake but real personality. The food... it's a sandwich it's not gonna be phenomenally like no other, but the company and atmosphere make the difference.

I ordered on the app for a sub to be picked up at 8:15. I showed up at 8:15 and the store was dark and closed. I called and got a busy signal. The next day I called during business hours and there was no answer. I sent a message to Subway through the website and never heard back.
