Today I went into the Brookfield location and got a custom bowl made and I got salmon as my protein. And when I went to eat it when I got home there was a piece of plastic or fish bone inside of the salmon.

I'm about 10 salads in and my experience so far has been excellent. No missing food items on my custom orders, filled dressing containers, and good taste.

I've only had to wait past my pickup time once, and at the time it was very busy with only two workers fielding many orders at once. They apologized for the wait promptly filled the order when they asked for my order name.

There have been a couple of times when the lettuce wasn't the freshest, but I don't expect it to always be. They have a lot of produce, and I know it can't be perfect each time.

Overall, I've had an excellent experience and will continue to order here.

Had too many issues ordering from here and tonight is just ridiculous. Whoever you have making the bowls isn't cooking the rice. You're gonna crack people's teeth putting that uncooked crap in people's food. I can't even finish my meal because every bite could end with a completely hard piece of UNCOOKED rice cracking against a tooth. This is a safety issue at this point. Have higher standards.

This is my preferred location. I always order ahead in the app for pick up and have never had an issue. They have always gotten my order correct and the portions are perfect for the cost

We placed a delivery order off of their website. We ordered the Maple Glazed Brussels, the Fish Taco and the BBQ Chicken salad. We requested the food be handed to us upon delivery. If it wasn't for my doorbell camera I wouldn't have known the food was literally dropped on the porch by a sloppy looking guy. I've door dashed from here before and everything has been fine. The food even comes taped up. This order was placed on their website. We opened the bag and the entree's were unsealed and greasy looking. We opened the Glazed Brussels first which was supposed to consist of Brussel sprouts and sweet potatoes along with a dipping sauce. There were no Brussel sprouts and barely any sweet potatoes. We opened the BBQ Chicken, it looked picked through and there was no chicken. We opened the Fish Taco and the Salmon was not there. I believe the delivery guy picked through and ate our stuff. Which is probably why he dropped the food on the porch and left in a hurry. It is impossible to get a hold of the store by phone. We filed a complaint on their automated chat. Still waiting to hear back from them.

The bowls are are decent, especially if you need to sub any items. But the staff, depending on when you go, definitely need some better food handling training. The room was empty aside from me so not very busy, the food station was a complete mess, even as my bowl was being made things were dropping into other food and all over the counter, nuts dropping onto the other toppings. The two I saw working after I sat to eat (at the only clean spot) made no effort to wipe anything in between people, at one point one was on their phone. I would NOT recommend eating here if you have a nut allergy the way I saw them tossed across everything else. I've been here numerous times, but this was the worst I've seen.
