Worst experience at Taco Bell ever. They lost my online order ( hard to believe but absolutely true). Had to come back with a printed copy of my online order only to have them finally find it. Cashier looked at me like I was crazy when I asked for some kind of recompense for the inconvenience. She gave me a couple coupons for free tacos. This place sucks.

Arrived at the restaurant 10 minutes after placing a mobile order only to be presented with the sign that says I must go inside to pick up my mobile order regardless. Walked inside and all employees had their heads down and we're sleeping in the lobby. I think that's enough to give you an idea of what kind of quality Taco Bell this is. I highly recommend avoiding this one. This is definitely not the first bad experience that I have had at this location.

After I got my order I realized they missed an order of nachos but they gave me the missed item. I come home and find out they missed a high price item and all the tacos had literally no meat to them. Worst experience I've ever had at a taco bell. The photo is of after I removed the lettuce and cheese to find nothing. The quesadilla literally had no cheese just the jalapeño sauce. Super disappointed.

Went through the drive thru, person inside with headset on stated, “if you want food you need to come inside and order”. I drove around and saw 10 people waiting for food. I went to Chick-fil-A.
Worssssssst branch eveeeeer! I will submit a complaint about this address because this place is miserable. Staff are very rude and close the place while we are taking the order by drive thru 2 hours before the closing time!!!!!! How ridiculous is that!!! Don‘t buy from them again. Must close this address… i am seeing too many complaint and bad reviews.

This only order online or come in and order is a horrible idea and because of that I will never eat here again. Some people work full time and don’t have time to be on their phone to order. I want to quickly go to a drive through order my food how I want it and leave. The app also does not let me order my sour cream on the side and is a waist of my time. This idea does not take into account people who don’t have access to the app. I feel a lot of business will be lost because of this.
