The Melting Pot of Brookfield

We booked this reservation based on a Club Fondue email about the current special. Experience was great as always.

The food and service were excellent, but I didn't like that the brooms and dustpans were visible in the hallway. In fact, I asked to change tables because it's not pleasant to be looking at cleaning supplies while eating.

Leaving 4 stars because it seemed that the managers aren't doing a great job keeping the kitchen stocked. We were here on a Saturday before the dinner rush and they were out of duck, bleu cheese, plum sauce, and espresso martinis. The food we did have was great and our waiter, Devonte, was an absolute gem. He was a great sport about telling us the items they were out of which ultimately turned in the joke of the evening.

TLDR: Devonte is phenomenal. The GM/kitchen manager needs to get it together with stocking their kitchen.

Melting Pot is just the best dinner experience! We came in tonight and Luke M that looks like Matt Rife was our server! He was so nice, caring, and attentive. We’ll def be back and be requesting him! The food was delicious and we stuffed our faces but somehow we couldn’t stop!

We travel all over United States and this is our favorite!! It was fun! We worked together to make our food right at the table. We paired our wines to each fondue- Cheese, Entree & of course Chocolate for dessert!! It was an excellent couples night!! 😁 This was six stars 🤩

Bri greeted us the minute we walked in which was great. Alexis our waitress was top tier. I’ve been to fondue restaurants before so I kinda knew what too expect but that wasn’t the case here. Ran into a few problems which was no way the waitress fault. Overall the place is nice but I wouldn’t go back. It was a great experience
