Seating is kinda low, in the sense that the table is high up and you are lower in the booth. Just a little odd to get used to when eating. Everything was excellent for food and service.

Manager Gabe and server Bee were awesome. They made my husband and I experience something special.

We haven't been here in over a decade, but used to love going. Went back to celebrate my birthday with friends, and the menu appears much the same to my memory (which isn't a bad thing). It's a unique dining experience that is fun and made me realize I should come more often for a different dinner out. The service was great, our server was attentive, funny, and friendly. The only complaint(s) I can see is that our booth was low (and we aren't short people in general, as the two shortest, females, are 5'7" and 5'10") and would have been nice to have the table a little lower or the bench a little higher and that the sauces quantities that came out to the table for 4 people were about what is needed for 2 people - so either more waves of sauce coming out to the table during the main entree or larger sauce trays initially. We will be back, hoping to take advantage of the weekday Monday-Thursday dining specials.

After years of driving past the melting pot, we finally went in for a birthday dinner. We did the four course dinner for two. I would say the two best courses were the cheese, we had the Alpine and the dessert, we had the banana fosters. Our server Hannah and other staff members were great. Dinner was OK, but I don't think we would go back. The food just seems to be overpriced for what it is. The restaurant does need some updates. The booth we sat in my side of the bench was super low, which made it hard to see in the pot.

Our server was so great! Excellent attention to our table, engaging. My daughter had such a fun birthday dinner. Thank you!

Very fun, special night out. Definitely will go back, but not often due to price. It's a very special occasion. Delicious food. I think as first timers, a little more explanation about the food would have been helpful. Never knew we were getting sauces, no references on sauces after waiter stepped away. Didn't realize we could ask for more dessert chunks to dip. The QR Code to tell how long to cook was great, but not easy for everyone at table to use. Our room was really cold and drafty. Small private room for 6, overhead music was really loud and hard for 2 elderly people to hear others and they dimmed chandelier too much and we had to ask them to turn up the lights to see our good! Despite “environmental” issues, great night, yummy food, fun way to have dinner. Made our birthday boy feel special. Brookfield Wisconsin location

Last Saturday, December 27th, was our first time to The Melting Pot. We had a 6:30 reservation and were seated on time in a quaint little booth that my husband requested for special occasions. The manager on duty sat us and he was extremely kind and polite and engaging in conversation which I thought was really nice. He also explained the menu to us and explained the “process” and made sure we didn't have any questions. (I wish I could remember his name). The booth was cozy and the atmosphere was really nice. Our waiter, Ben, was very nice and attentive and also briefly explained the menu as well. We opted for the 4 course meal with a shared entree and were very pleased with everything from appetizers to desserts. Ben checked on us often to make sure everything was good. We never felt rushed and really enjoyed our meal and the experience here. We will definitely be back!

We booked this reservation based on a Club Fondue email about the current special. Experience was great as always.

The food and service were excellent, but I didn't like that the brooms and dustpans were visible in the hallway. In fact, I asked to change tables because it's not pleasant to be looking at cleaning supplies while eating.

Leaving 4 stars because it seemed that the managers aren't doing a great job keeping the kitchen stocked. We were here on a Saturday before the dinner rush and they were out of duck, bleu cheese, plum sauce, and espresso martinis. The food we did have was great and our waiter, Devonte, was an absolute gem. He was a great sport about telling us the items they were out of which ultimately turned in the joke of the evening.

TLDR: Devonte is phenomenal. The GM/kitchen manager needs to get it together with stocking their kitchen.
