Not a good experience. Food was extremely overcooked and dry. Some even burnt. Half came out cold. Also took over an hour to get food and we were the only table in the restaurant. They also messed up our order and we had to still pay for the extra food we didn’t order. Also didn’t even have a beer menu.

We waited forever to order drinks, half our table placed their order and they came back at-least 20 minutes later to get the rest of the tables order. So some had to wait a very long time to get their food, some did not. The chicken sandwiches were extremely over cooked and the tomatoes in my husband’s salad still had stickers on them. Very disappointed with the food and service.

Walked for a quick lunch snack. Place is pretty much empty only five people sitting that the bar. I've been waiting for about 25 minutes for a burger and the waitress just cam out asking me how I'd like it cooked. I've also been staring at an empty drink now for about ten minutes. Also they have three cooks.

Nice place, but could use improvement. Food was average, good flavor, but nothing that would drive you to absolutely want to return. Service was really slow. Waiter kept forgetting to bring what we asked for. The waiter said the delay was a result of the kitchen falling behind, but it wasn't busy at all. It was also so cold in the restaurant that we couldn't relax. We had to keep our coats on and maybe would've worn gloves if we weren't trying to eat. It's definitely not a place I want to go back to right away. Hopefully they will make the necessary improvements to customer service and climate. If changes are made, it could be a great place to dine.

Terrible experience for dinner here. Only plus was that the food had good flavor. Couldn't order a side of fries to go with our sliders. The only option was a pound of fries, literally. Service was awful. Took 20mins in between the server bringing drinks, taking orders, getting things we needed. I don't think we'll ever go back to eat there. Activities looked cool but they were all rented out for a private event.

The food & ambiance was good, but the service & the time to get our food was wayyyy too long considering there were very few people when we got there. It was a fun atmosphere & then we went bowling after which was great. Fun place!

I went to this restaurant with a friend to try it out. We got a reservation for 7:30 pm. We walked in and there were only 2 tables of people in the restaurant area. (there is at least 20 tables in the restaurant area) And the bar area had maybe 8 people. With this place being so new, I was assuming it would be busier than it actually was. The food was only OK, nothing special. The service needs more training though. The people at the front counter had a lack of respect for us coming in to eat. Took almost 10 minutes for any of the 3 people standing behind the counter to help us. Then took another 10 to 15 minutes for the waitress to finally make her initial visit to our table. Even though she only had 2 tables and wasn't helping those tables during that time. This restaurant is a great idea and a nice addition to Brookfield. But they definitely need to work on their customer service and advertisement. I do hope this restaurant does well and picks up business.
