The place was fairly empty but our server was excellent. The food was high quality and the prices very reasonable. Sweet potato tots are not on the menu but you should still ask if they have them in stock, totally worth it!

We have been at this location before, and it was not bad. BUT last time we went here was terrible experience! Our waitress had terrible/strong body odor that was unbelievable! Service was slow even though there were barely any costumers. Water cups had white stains on it that looked like dried food. We asked for a shake and waitress said that the ice cream is very frozen that they would not be able to get even one scoop out. On top of all that, bathrooms did not have toilet paper. So TERRIBLE experience at this location. Definitely not going back!

The restaurant was not busy, our sides were warm at best, burgers were juicy but we were given the wrong burgers. We waited over 20 minutes for our food and then waited for over 10 minutes for the bill. The whole time we ate and waited to get our bill the waitress stood at another table talking and playing with her nose ring. She got upset that we interrupted her to get our bill. We paid for our meal as we waited for the manager who was so sweet!!! If we could give starts for management we would give a 5 start.

Walked into the restaurant around 445-5pm on 3-10-24, there was no one at the front desk despite only a small handful of people sitting at tables. Waited a few minutes for someone to notice us & then got sat immediately. There was no one else sitting on our side of the restaurant, we were the only table there in our entire time there. Our waitress gave us more time than we needed to figure out what we wanted to order. The food came out probably 20 minutes after we ordered, our waitress didn’t come back around to us until another 15 minutes later when we were almost finished with our food. We never got refills on our drinks, not that she asked if we wanted it anyway. We waited around for another 20 minutes before my husband finally got up and walked to the front to wait for someone to finally notice him to ask to have to pay our bill. It really seemed like any of the staff that walked around the restaurant purposely never looked in our direction and I don’t recall seeing our waitress walk by even once while we were waiting for our check that never came. For how dead it was in the restaurant, we should have had annoyingly attentive service. This was my first time coming (I live in Florida) and honestly I would have been happy to not experience this place at all. Despite the mediocre (at best) service the food was good, that’s really the only reason I’m giving more than 1 star.

absolutely wonderful service. I am not the person to usually say this. but this walburgers, the manager she was super nice and just great. I however didn't catch her name. then our server she was super nice and made sure to check on if we needed anything. I feel like now a days service just isn't what it used to be. HOWEVER.. not in this case. they staff that we dealt with they were just amazing. I highly recommend this walburgers. my only complaint. is they no longer have the cheeseburger chowder. hopefully they will bring that back.

Walked in to an empty restaurant and was seated immediately. Ordered cheese curds right away and they were delivered within ten minutes. A lot of people showed up after we had been seated and we were forgotten about for an hour. My group attempted to flag down our waitress multiple times. When we finally did, we explained that we hadn't gotten our order taken. Her response? "I'll grab your waitress" and left before I could even explain SHE was our waitress. We didn't see anyone again for another 20 minutes. The manager came over, after arguing with the staff over who had our table originally, and you could tell she was just trying to do damage control because she didn't even know what was going on. She apologized that we got lost in the system and our food would be out next. I had to explain again that we hadn't even gotten our order taken and our food would not, "be out next". The cherry on top was getting ignored for another 40 minutes after this just to have our original waitress come back and ask us what our order was AGAIN. As we were getting ready to walk out, they brought our burgers over so that was cool I guess. At that point I can't say it made much of a difference. Took us ten minutes to eat after our two hour wait. Well, the staff might've forgotten about us, but the system sure didn't. When we got our bill you better believe our original cheese curds were on it. That tells me our tab was there for every waitress to see for the whole time we were there, it's just that no one actually cared. Waitress sure didn't. The manager didn't care enough to even deviate from her go to speech. Two hours, and multiple times being forgotten about for a burger that was average.

HORRIBLE. What happened to this place? New menu with less food. Much less food. Ordered Jenn’s chicken sandwich. The bun was dry & the chicken breast so over done I had to choke it down with my beverage each bite. The French fries are sparse. Service was good but that’s because the place was pretty dead. I do not see them lasting much longer. What a bummer.

First time here, four young kids and two adults. Service was exceptional—greeted upon entry, updated on wait while prepping table, waitress (Cynthia) was at table within a few minutes, requests were responded to promptly. Multiple different waitstaff helped at various times, all friendly and responsive. Food met expectations. Having a tv channel changed for a certain game was an added plus!

We got a gift card as a present and finally used it, pleasantly surprised by how delicious the food was, our waitress Lisa was spot on with her service, we might of just gone because of the gift card, but after this experience you can definitely count on us going again and
My girlfriend and I were looking for a new place to try out and we decided to try here for the first time. She ordered a single normal cheeseburger and I got a double cheeseburger with fries for both of us and cheese curds. We ordered both burgers well done but they came out a lil raw color still in the center and we didn’t really mind as it seemed cooked thoroughly but as soon as we finished eating and about 20 mins after we both had major stomach pains and didn’t feel well. Our food seemed to be very greasy and we both never experienced stomach pains and sickness feeling after a restaurant other than this one.
