Cream City Sports Bar

I’m not sure what’s going on in their kitchen. I ordered cream over rice with shrimp and got cream over rice with and more rice. The rice was dry, I got two piece or spinach and three small pieces of onion.😱 I’ve ordered the meals many times and it NEVER looked like this or tasted like crap. Shame on the cook and the owner for allowing this to happen.😡 Never again!!

Upon entering the establishment we were immediately informed that no wait staff were available. And any food orders we wanted needed to be placed at the bar. I ordered food plus drinks and paid cash. Sadly, the bartender never brought my change to the table. Too bad for her because little did she know that I would have tipped twice the amount she failed to return. Once we received our food it was subpar to say the least. On a positive note the DJ was beyond great and the patrons were friendly.

Food was great but the bartender was dry and very uninterested of our needs. On the site it says they close at 12am we came to watch the game and they started closing before 10 pm. Mind you we are from out of town and had more people coming. The hospitality is not good at all. Don't recommend this place if you are visiting.

Working in the area and just checking out bars because I had time to kill. I came across cream City and I was pretty excited to be there. When I walked in the patrons that were there were warm and welcoming and pretty decent. But when I went to order my drink, I got charged $21 for a double tall drink. The food smelt fantastic! It looked fantastic. The presentation and ambiances right? But I have never been charged that much for a double anywhere in Wisconsin in my entire life.

Cream City has always been my neighborhood bar, It’s always a vibe—good music, great atmosphere, and I always feel safe. I always ask for bartender Brittanie. Since she’s joined the team, I’ve been coming in a lot more. She’s attentive, fast, and brings such a fun, positive energy every time. The service is on point when she’s there, She definitely makes the whole experience even better! Also try the food while you’re there it’s really good I always get the get the chicken!

The atmosphere was iffy. We didn't stay long because I felt indifferent about the atmosphere. I wished I could have felt at home but I'll try again someday.

Residing in very close proximity, across the street from Cream City, I have observed a concerning decline in the hospitality standards of the establishment. As a business owner within the community, I had anticipated a level of service that surpassed the current experience. Regrettably, the staff fails to greet patrons upon entry, provide assistance in selecting seating, and fail to approach the table to inquire about order placement. This establishment’s existing social dynamics are further exacerbated by its lack of welcoming attitude towards residents of the community. Seems like a cliq or a family business if you ask me! If you can’t provide a welcoming space for us in the community relocate somewhere else! ZERO STARS IF I COULD

The bar is not friendly 😒 at all.
Its a neighborhood bar that seems to not welcome new patrons.
Service was bad and not helpful; had to ask the bartender 3x for a menu and drink special then gave up and asked male bartender.
My wife and I got 1 drink and left and went to a friendlier sports bar to watch Greenbay game.
Small area, crowded.... low tables
Nvr again.

Went for brunch and mimosas but was told there was no brunch because the cook was late The cook was late. There would also be no mimosas. Long story short the waitress ended up honoring bottomless mimosas so that was a plus. We ordered food which took about an hour and a half to come out halfway through waiting, We were told they didn’t have a certain item after the long wait. But they were good about placing another order for us. The food left a lot to be desired. Fish was super salty. my husband‘s chicken over rice was unseasoned and the rice was half cooked. Mimosas were good. The waitress was half way rude nice/nasty so of course we got served with the side of attitude. I asked if they had brown rice and she replied that this is a bar we’re not fancy who considers brown rice fancy? don’t choose to be in the service industry working as a bartender/waitress if you are annoyed by patrons asking questions. Her attitude definitely could’ve ruined the day, but I chose to kill her with kindness. All in all the vibe with the DJ and host was the best part of this establishment. The host was funny personable, and kept the vibes going and the show played great music.

Customer service was not good. Should have been 2 bartender to take food and drink orders. No condiments offer at all after orderis brought to you.
