We did a pick up and my food was good but not the husband he ask for no lettuce tomato etc of course they put it ?♀️he shoulda of check the bag before we left .Shakes were the bomb however

Employees seem to not care, been here twice and both times they got a small order wrong. They try to get customers out of the restaurant fast, seemingly all that matters here. Go to another location if you want Culver's.

I usually order online. This culvers is about 5 minutes from my home. When I pull up and click, "I'm here," an employee is walking my food out within a minute. It's very convenient when the drive-thru line is long.
We go to Culver's often, and it is always a positive experience. Today was not positive. We waited for our food to arrive for over 20 min! I don't know if they were short in the kitchen, but there were at least 4 employees at the front waiting on something... My sandwich arrived soggy at the bottom. It looked as though the only people that were getting served at this location were those in drive-through.
