We go to Culver's often, and it is always a positive experience. Today was not positive. We waited for our food to arrive for over 20 min! I don't know if they were short in the kitchen, but there were at least 4 employees at the front waiting on something... My sandwich arrived soggy at the bottom. It looked as though the only people that were getting served at this location were those in drive-through.
I have a pretty good experience at Culver's nothing to complain about it's pretty consistent no matter which location you go to. They also have the same quality of food and service no matter what location you go to.

I usually order online. This culvers is about 5 minutes from my home. When I pull up and click, "I'm here," an employee is walking my food out within a minute. It's very convenient when the drive-thru line is long.
