Adequate for a hotel restaurant.
Surprisingly good. Made a reservation just to try a new fish fry so we went to 8900 Bar & Bistro. Easy parking for a Friday night. We were warmly greeted, staff were very friendly and attentive. The fish fry was extremely good and this restaurant offers combinations so I tried the cod and shrimp. The serving size was huge for the money, I actually made two meals out of this. 8900 Bar & Bistro offers a comfortable and reasonable dining experience. The breakfast buffet is a great deal, and seating options range from small to large tables. Food is great, but service can be slow and inconsistent. However, on a positive note, the Friday fish fry is a standout with generous portions and outstanding service from Karen and Lawrence, who create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
