This is my second time coming here. The first time was OK but I decided to try it again to see if I’ll like it better this time I ordered my food and I’m thinking everything is OK I get home my sandwiches are crumbled up all sloppy like somebody just manhandled it. I ordered a veggie sub because I don’t eat meat. when I opened the sub it’s like she threw a whole jar of mushrooms on it like pure mushrooms I don’t even see any other vegetable on the sandwich but mushrooms I’m very annoying that I sat here and spent almost $15 on a combo meal and my stuff is not right. I literally threw it in the garbage because I was so disgusted and almost threw up because of the excessive amount of mushrooms on it mayo tasted old smh !!! I did not want to eat that so I basically wasted my money and time I wasn’t in a rush so my sandwich didn’t have to be made all sloppy like that . so ridiculous ….The picture speaks for itself. I don’t think I’ll be coming back here …. Very disappointed

I recently came here again and couldn’t really enjoy my sub. I spoke to the manager Jasmine she was so nice with helping me resolve the issue !! I appreciate her for calling because no food place has ever called to help me resolve an issue she as very understanding and helpful so I give 5 stars to that !!! Great consumer service !!!! And she was super sweet and I appreciate her for taking the time to reach out to me !! (: & restaurant is super clean !!

My first time having Firehouse Subs! I'd always seen this chain around, but never been in. My husband and I popped by in the midst of a busy Saturday errand-run, and I was pleasantly surprised! They do a great job of following the fire department theme with all the detailed decor. This location in particular was also very clean/well-kept. We were the only customers in on this afternoon too, so we're attended to quickly.We decided to split a medium size (7-8in) sub and it was plenty. Opted for the Engineer, which is off the hot sandwich menu, and thought it was delicious! It had smoked turkey, melted Swiss cheese, mushrooms, lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, and deli mustard. The good ol' fashioned white bread was nice and squishy too. I'd certainly return and give another sub a try!

Cold meatballs in the new pizza meatball sub. When I say cold it tasted like they took refrigerated meatballs, tossed them in a sub and toasted it thinking the meatballs would get warm. Everything outside the sub was warm but the meatballs were ice old. Plus they forgot my 2 fountain drinks. Wanted to try this place out cause I love what the buisness is about with firefighters but it ended up being just another trash sub place.

Today I went for the second time to eat there, In my previous visit the attention was regular, today it was terrible, they didn't greet me, they weren't friendly, they talked to me while they kept doing their things... Anyway I picked up my order and left immediately from there, I don't think I'll come back, much less recommend this place until they improve the costume service

Workers are unsanitary. I walked in and the girl came out from the back wiping her nose to take my order. She then hart went on to just put on gloves and not wash her hands. To make matters worse she had king brown hair not pulled back. The presentation of the food was trash. I opened it up and the sandwich was facing down and she didn't even give me my pickle. Another worker came out handling food with ripped gloves (I have a picture but I won't expose her) I wouldn't come back to this location.
