If we're in the Burlington area we always stop at The Archives for lunch. Can't beat their Jalapenos poppers or hand breaded cheese curds to start, ribeye steak sandwich or Italian beef sandwich are sure to please.Tara takes care of business and mixes a mean old fashioned, love this place, they take pub food to the next level.
Wanted to check this place out and play a little trivia. They use a special batter on their cheese curds, chicken sandwiches and other items that adds delicious crispness, and those curds had quite the cheese pull. Our group enjoyed chicken sandwiches, chili, BLT, and a spectacular burger of the month with a touch of spicy.
