We just had the pleasure of enjoying BJ Wentker’s Friday fish fry and want to recommend it to all! Delicious fried cod(although baked was an option), crispy potato pancakes , wonderful coleslaw and warm rye bread….best we’ve had in years! The old fashioned was terrific too!

We hadn't been to this restaurant for a few years. It was a wonderful experience this Friday evening. The bartender & waitress were excellent & attentive to our needs. My husband had the pan-seared salmon w pesto, wild rice & French onion soup & I had the scallops with a crisp salad, wild rice & asparagus. Our meals were perfection! We asked our chef, Paulie, to come to the table so we could compliment the excellent meal preparation. The atmosphere...

Thursday night with a friend. Drinks were very good, food -amazing! Chef recommended I try the scallops over mushroom ravioli with browned butter. Absolutely amazing! The scallops were perfectly seared, the ravioli was delicious and tender and the butter sauce was rich and flavorful. My friend had the rib eye steak with potatoes and Brussels sprouts, she could only eat half! We will go again!
