Went through the drive-thru last night and I was back past the sign when I pulled in, I have to say that was the fastest service I have had in a long time! The crew working last night 10/9 were all laughing and having fun but getting the job done. Just wanted to leave a " job well done kids " for them all and keep up the good work! It shows they enjoy and are appreciated there.

Bought a starkiss and the package was completely open when it was handed to me in the drive thru. ?

A little tiny building, but nice ice cream. My favorite is an Oreo blizzard with brownie pieces!(Tip: if you are a teenager like me and are broke, buy a large to share with your friends!)

The Burlington DQ is the BEST DQ in the southeastern Wis. The owner is super nice and has a really great staff. I will never go to the DQ in Silver Lake again....only Burlington for me!!!!!Kudos to all that work at the Burlington DQ!!!! You guys and gals are the best!!!!

On April 19th, I ordered ice cream from Burlington location at 7 pm.I took my order home, and the ice cream was not frozen it was a sloppy mess. I did return my order for a new frozen ice cream treat.The young woman said that the ice cream machine was not working properly and was fixed. But why would the employees give me a banana split and sundae made with unformed soft serve.It was cooler outside approximately 35 degrees, so it didn't melt from the ride home, which is 1 1/2 miles ride from the establishment.
