You have the worst customer service. Your Pizza was undercooked. Your pasta was overcooked. Took too long to get here then you only brought half the order. Then he had to bring my salad back then. You wanted to make me another order. Would you think I was going to sit up and wait all night for this? You lost a customer, and I let other people know. How I was treated your loss
Napoli is a true gem that my family and I have been visiting for nearly 30 years, ever since we first moved to Burlington. Even after moving out of state following college, I make it a point to stop by every time I’m back home on leave.
