The lady in the drive through was very nice. Good coffee! Hot or cold 🥶. Haven’t had the food yet, but I trust that it’s good.😊
It's McDonald's you know what get.
This is a fairly sad McDonald's. This is the second time I've gone in there after work to have a meal and relax and have been disappointed both times. Do not bother trying to use the table service because they will ignore that and just call it a mobile order and leave it in a bag, cold, at the front counter. The diminished staff lingers around mostly out of sight. The lobby is dirty. The pop machine is leaky. The bathroom is not very clean.

Based on the reviews, Bucciferro Family McDonald's has friendly staff with a positive attitude and the fries are usually always fresh. The food is absolutely delicious and the drive-thru is generally pretty quick, offering a good experience where customers get what they order. However, the service speed needs improvement, as it can be one of the slowest locations, with waits over 10 minutes whether ordering inside or using the drive-thru. Compared to other locations, this one feels much less organized and noticeably slower. The staff can be rude sometimes, not just to customers but to their own employees, which is disappointing. The place could use a good cleaning, and staff sometimes forget sauce or forget to put napkins in the food bags. The restaurant appears to always be short staffed. Despite these issues, the food doesn’t take long most of the time, and the staff are nice overall. It is not bad at all but could use some improvements for nicer staff and cleaning.
