On Sunday at 1:30pm (not rush hour) waited in drive through line for 10 minutes for a soda with only one car in front. Should have parked the car for good customer service. There were at least four cars behind us - all waiting for that one car to get his special order. Manager (?) was extremely rude.

In the last 6 months this store has gone absolutely downhill. I used to work at this location for many years if we treated anyone the way the managers do we would have been fired. They turn employees down but yet have no customer service and blame that on lack of staff. Maybe the management needs a whole clean out!

Slowest mcdonalds ever. 1 car in front of me. Took 5 minutes to take my order then another 10 to get food. Bun stale, cheese cold. Will not come back to this one.

Wait times are LONG, once it took me 7 minutes to pay for 3 things. I usually get my double cheeseburger with no troubles, but not the best McDonalds. I usually go here often and eat with my friends there.

Went in to this location on 02-20-24 to pick up as doordash. Usually the crew is great and very cordial (There is an older woman who works the front who calls me honey and shes very sweet) and typically they are very kind, however my service this day was not what I typically get from this team. I waited in the drive thru line to pick up the door dash order and once we got to the front of the line they told us to come into the store, and I inform them that the door was locked but the girl said she would open the door to let me in which was very sweet of her. After waiting at the doors for about 10 minutes the manager, mike, came and told us we would have to go through the drive-thru again. I explained to Mike that the girl in the drive-thru had told us to come to the front door to which he said she didn't know that the lobby wasn't open and therefore we would have to go through the drive-thru again. And I explained that I just waited a few minutes in the drive-thru and it looks like the line was going to take a very long time and I just wanted to grab the order. From that point on Mike continue to argue with us and was very unfriendly and told us basically we were out of luck when I continued to ask questions he asked me if he hurt my feelings. I wasn't going to report this interaction because I understand food service gets busy and I don't want to be a Karen. However, he was a very unfriendly and very uncordial.

Big picture of how the Big Mac is saucier and it turned out to be so dry that the lettuce fell off the sandwich ... I can't afford to go out to eat fast food so when I do I hope it's good ... Unfortunately it was really bad!!! Very disappointed ☹️

I usually go during the day and the staff is always friendly. Today I went later in the evening, and staff was rude, both in the drive-thru and inside. All 3 of my beverage/dessert items were not filled up all the way. I'm not a huge fan of my job either, but I'm not rude to people while working. A little politeness/kindness goes a long way.
