Called to order one pizza and cinnamon sticks. It was $35. An hour later, it hadn’t arrived, so we called and got a lady that didn’t work at the store who said she would transfer to store. This happened multiple times and got the “busy” line each time. Pizza never showed up.
Would give 0 stars if possible. Never answers their phone and when trying to order, get redirected to a customer service call center who places the order for you. Needed to cancel an order and it wasn't possible since they don't answer the phone and got the busy sound. Another time we were literally sitting in front of the store waiting for our curbside order and we called to let them know we had arrived and saw them through the window lift up the phone and hang up so had to go...read full review

Food was delivered an hour late. I’m not a picky person and I hate to call and complain but the food was inedible because it spent an hour sitting in its own grease before being delivered. I called multiple times to request a refund and nobody would answer the phone.Going to have to end up contacting corporate.
