On April 19th, I ordered ice cream from Burlington location at 7 pm.I took my order home, and the ice cream was not frozen it was a sloppy mess. I did return my order for a new frozen ice cream treat.The young woman said that the ice cream machine was not working properly and was fixed. But why would the employees give me a banana split and sundae made with unformed soft serve.It was cooler outside approximately 35 degrees, so it didn't melt from the ride home, which is 1 1/2 miles ride from the establishment.

They took quite awhile to give us our desert and was poor with the service, I also didn't appreciate the rude looks I was given by multiple employees. Sorry but I don't recommend.

Pulling up through the drive through, I can barely speak to the tinny speaker. My salivary glands burst into over drive as I fail to speak. I swallow and gurgle out finally, One large peanut butter and Oreo mixer. By the time I get to the drive up window, drool is dripping down my face and into the seat. I pay and look up at the young lady handing me and upside down cup of amazingly sweetened sugar and frozen calf sustainable liquid. I cannot operate a motor vehicle for more than 30 feet, as I need to find a safe space to devour this concoction. I'm in heaven.

I can't say enough what a pleasant family owned ... Small Town Dairy Queen this is!! The staff that work here are amazing, polite and all around good kids! Definitely recommend this establishment!!!
