Went through there and ordered a Venti Peppermint mocha. I opened the lid and it was only half full. 🙄🙄 This seems to be a thing here. employees seemed bothered by the fact you express concerns. There rude and inattentive. Won't be spending my money here any longer!
Bought 4 hot chocolates today, they were only half full, tasted watered down, no whip cream. Also some kind of green stuff on lids. Called tonlet them know about, they told me I could ask for 4 free ones next time I'm there. Who does that, should have offered a gift card in the amount of 4 hot chocolates. Most people I know are not going to ask for free ones. Total disappointment and very expensive.
This morning my husband and I placed a mobile order and were stopping at a nearby gas station before picking it up. There is a wind chill of -24 and my car decided to not start and we were stuck at the station. I found out later that after I called Starbucks to tell them we wouldn’t be able to pick it up due to our circumstance, they sent an employee over to deliver our order to us. Unfortunately we had already gotten picked up.
