I ordered a single quarter pounder with cheese.I received a double quarter pounder without a bottom bun.
I waited almost twenty minutes in line before I could actually get my food.

Ordered 2 coffees, fries, and a caramel sundae. Received 2 cold coffees, cold fries, and had to wait almost 15 minutes for the staff to get to my sundae. Staff seemed more concerned with filling the drive-thru customers. Just driving through Waterford and next time will not stop.
Always a pleasant experience. Fast service, even when the drive-thru line looks ridiculously long. Food is always hot!
