This was my first visit to Burlington since I left my home town (Waterford) 30 years ago. I had such a wonderful experience here. Firstly, the styles of beer brewed in house are delicious and well chosen as recipe. Additionally the knowledge of the staff and vibe feel like a "micro-pub that happens to not be in the UK" due to the wonderfully diverse clientele and interactions. Great atmosphere, beer, food, and people. We always love visiting breweries that represent their community well, and they do just that. Bernard is a great owner, Jackson makes fantastic beer, and their staff is top-notch. It's an hour away from us, but well worth the trip!
