We loved this place and were great customers but the last time we went it took over an hour to get 3 little pizzas that have gone up in price but not quality. NEVER AGAIN. It would have been a different review if they had apologized or done anything, but they didn’t. There are so many better options in the north woods don’t waste your money!

Embarrassing. I want to support local businesses, but we waited an hour and forty minutes. Their system of paper based order forms failed them miserably as they lost our order as they got busy. A high school server was the only one to apologize. The owners hid behind the staff and were defensive. An hour and forty minutes! And even then we had to insist that it be expedited. Running a restaurant is tough. Customers will understand, but only if management takes responsibility. Sad.

The Rivers Eatery is an artisan pizza place with wonderful flavor combinations of pizza and a variety of beers on tap. Salads are also available. A delicious pizza and cold beer is hard to beat. You order at the counter and soon enough, they will deliver the order.

What a great place for pizza. We try to visit at least once when in the area. It is fantastic for families with children also. Our kids enjoy playing the games provided while waiting for our order of delicious pizzas to cook.

Sometimes you have to wait in line, no big deal, it’s all worth it. For Cable, it’s fantastic pizza. Some of what they’re trying to do with their more creative pizzas I understand, but I don’t think they’re executed well. Stick to the classics. You won’t be disappointed if you let the cheese shine through. Tap list has something for most anyone, and the walls are like ultra-marathon coded tho Fridays. Crayons and paper for kids, and a gift shop attached with some quality stuff. We went here twice in one weekend.

This place had a great atmosphere. Loved the book store in the front. Very good pizza! I enjoyed seeing the huge oven and everything right out in the open, just made it more casual and comfortable. Our food came out pretty quick even though the place was packed. Pizza was delicious!

First time here and will definitely come back.Good appetizers large selection of pizzas. Clean restaurant with friendly employees! Fair prices. You go thru a bookstore to get to the restaurant.
