Not a bad bar. Unfortunately they had the same person bartending and cooking at the same time which is an awful idea as the bartender does not have time to tend to guests

The bartender, long black/brown hair is extremely nice. It wasn’t an inconvenience to collect our money from her when we won money at the machine. Once she did wait on me she handed me the money and congratulated me, I bought the bar a round with the winnings. I run a business myself and I wish I could hire her on the spot, she is very polite and extremely out going, easily one of the best bartenders who have served me!!!!

I was looking for a place to stop and eat after a long day of working. I am a contractor not familiar with the area. I, by chance, drove by the Pioneer Bar and Grill and decided to stop in. What a great find for me. Good food, good service, and a real person answered the phone when I called them. Highly recommend this local gem!

I drove up to Cable, Wisconsin & got a chance check out Pioneer Bar. I'm glad I did. The staff is as welcoming as any I've encountered anywhere, and the food was AWESOME! I had steak & eggs; turned out it was one of the best steaks I've ever had.Take some time to visit & experience Pioneer Bar, among the best the Badger State has to offer.
