I eat at the one on Douglas Street in Racine, Wisconsin basically every day . Everyone is polite Most of the time i go through the drive through. On occasion i have eaten inside of the restaurant. I think the employees are hard working and i certainly as a customer appreciate their work. I have been in the lines where there are a lot of cars and the employees apologize for the long wait. Ugly Interior so attempt drive-thru but if you do, prepare for a possible wait on the side because simple requests do not work successfully. Beware of a error in your order and always check your bag. Surprised this location stays open
I have been going to the McDonalds on Douglas in Racine for the last two months. I give this McDonalds a over all rating ofFive not because every thing is perfect , but because they are doing the best job possible.Mainly it is because of Cherri the night manager there . She is very good at problem solving, and makes my dining experience pleasant. Especially since the Drive through is so Busy . I always dine in .
