We love Rockdale. It’s truly a gem outside of Madison. We park at Camrock Park and walk to the bar, order a beer and food and then walk back to our car. It’s got it all… affordable prices, great scenery, an awesome patio, and free popcorn. Highly, highly recommend! Also, be sure to order their tiny tots!
Stopped in for lunch while visiting the area. Friendly staff, good food, pretty view of the creek from the deck. Order at the bar and make yourself comfortable. Cannot beat the prices!
This bar should be on one of those cross-country driving shows where they’re trying to find quality food. I stumbled upon this gem after biking down the CamRock trail and my only regret is this restaurant isn’t closer to my home. Amazing cheese curds, incredible burgers made by Marty, and fantastic service. All food tasted fresh, not frozen.
