Great menu and friendly servers. Always had great food and service here
Heard good reviews and so we finally tried it. And…. Won’t be back. The menus given to us were disgustingly smudged with food and grease. Tables were also dirty as well as the fork I received. Waitresses were rushed and very unorganized. Food was mediocre. I was highly disappointed as this restaurant was highly rated especially since the Twisted Pair had burned down.
This is the worst experience of my 52years do yourself and others a favor and don’t waste your time or money

Beavers Tail Food and Spirits, formerly known as Kettle Moraine Supper Club, offers a great dining experience in a beautiful forest area near Mauthe Lake. The menu focuses more on sandwiches and flatbreads, which are consistently well-executed. The restaurant still offers boozy ice cream drinks that are highly recommended. On Thursdays, they have a burger special that is a great value. The staff is friendly and welcoming, with a bartender named Josh who stands out. The only downside was a slight delay in seating, but the food made up for it. The atmosphere has improved with a new playlist replacing the radio station music. The location may be a bit of a drive from Menomonee Falls, but the scenery and food make it worth the trip. Overall, Beavers Tail Food and Spirits is off to a solid start with changes that cater better to the diners in the area.
