Everything was great. Food and service. Felt like a local after the first visit. Bartenders remembered our drink after the our first stop in. Not one complaint out of the many visits we made while staying in town.
Fantastic food, friendly service and I felt at home right away. The best apple cider donuts I have ever eaten. I cycled with my husband along the Mississippi from St. Louis to St. Paul and this was by far one of the best pubs. We enjoyed our homemade bean burgers, but the beef burgers looked worthy of trying even for a vegetarian! Food was really good, just took so dang long to get it. Over an hour wait for some burgers. Took an hour 45min total for lunch on a beautiful Sat afternoon. Only about 20-24 people there including our 5. Good beer & drink selection tho. May go back when the ferry opens up again in spring.
