This was our first visit here and we had a wonderful experience. Potato pancakes very good and regular pancakes even better.
It’s a cozy little place with a friendly staff. Our waitress was a very pleasant young lady who takes pride and ownership in her job and calls the restaurant her own.
Those pies look pretty good too. It gives us another reason to visit.
If you've ever wondered what it was like in a friendly neighborhood cafe in one of those old movies, you need to stop in for lunch. The specials are a quirky mix of things that will probably remind you of your favorite Aunt. The homemade soups are first rate. The homemade pies and desserts are worth a visit all by themselves. Come early on Friday before they run out of clam chowder or German potato salad and try the all you can eat fish!
Great fish fry, excellent German potato salad! Friendly fast service.
