Mary’s Country Grove Restaurant

We almost drove past this place, but we're glad we turned around. It could use a face-lift. But, the food was good and the service was outstanding!

This was our first visit here and we had a wonderful experience. Potato pancakes very good and regular pancakes even better. It’s a cozy little place with a friendly staff. Our waitress was a very pleasant young lady who takes pride and ownership in her job and calls the restaurant her own. Those pies look pretty good too. It gives us another reason to visit.

Declining. We were ignored for about 25 minutes upon arriving. Had to go to the counter to get waited on. They don’t answer the phone for takeout orders when they’re open.

I love the food and the service. There is not a single item on the menu that isn't delicious!! The menu is so big you will certainly find something that'll match your tastes!

Vegetarian options: They have a vegetarian sandwich and a decent selection of salads.

Dietary restrictions: Can meet Lactose and Gluten dietary restrictions.

Parking: Large parking lot with enough spaces for a full house.

Kid-friendliness: They have toys, coloring books, high-chairs, and booster seats.

Wheelchair accessibility: Flat entry into the building with no stairs or ramps. Whole restaurant is flat to the ground.

Excellent fish fry and pie, best fried Cod we've had in years, not greasy fresh light batter.
Reminds me back in the day a VFW fish fry without all the noise!

Very good all around. We started with great cheese curds. The white bean chicken chili was tasty with a little kick. The Painter Sandwich (Grilled ham, swiss, lettuce & tomato w/ Thousand Island) and the Taco Rollup were unique and delicious. The staff was great, friendly and efficient. The large Chocolate Malt was as pretty as it was tasty. The location is off the beaten path, but we were glad we found it.

Stumble across this restaurant on the way to Random Lake we ate here instead will be back

A true hidden gem! We just moved in down the road and found this on Google maps and checked it out. They have amazing food, the fish fry in particular was fantastic! And...they make homemade pies! Be still my heart! My husband and i will be frequent visitors
