Hefner's Frozen Custard & Jumbo Burgers

Love Hefner’s burgers and best custard in the area!

I was there a few days back thought I’d try their hamburgers. At first glance, you get this huge burger and you’re like oh wow! When you bite into it and realize the bun is so much bigger than the patty that is used .Also, I felt the burger was kind of plain lacking flavor. That’s all I had. I don’t know if I’d go back and try anything else or not. I definitely wouldn’t go out of my way. I felt it was a below average burger. The price was OK, but I guess you get what you pay for

This place reminded me of Kopp, another hamburger ? and custard restaurant. However, I think this is even better. The hamburger size is big and you choose your toppings.

I am definitively returning to try their custard and of course another cheeseburger!

I'm extremely mad cause I went there to get food for the family known I'm going to spend 50 bucks I get there and there's a line out the door fine I know it's busy but then after standing there for 10 min no orders were being taken so I politely said there's a line out the door why aren't you taking orders mind you there's 6 people working which is enough for that little place and girls says we're only fulfilling fountain orders and then continued to fill orders well they don't need 4 people filling orders she should have stayed at the register and take orders and let the three others fill orders. God I'm mad and might not go back after that experience, we have other local restaurants that have equally good food so I might just go other places if that's how they going to treat paying and future customers

Received wrong order because she wrote down wrong and didn't say it back to me. When I returned and told her that it is the wrong order she showed me they wrote it down wrong. Then with the deer in the headlights look instead of saying sorry ill make another she wanted the option to not make another. My burger was cold and there were a fee DICED onions on it. My advice. Go to Jumbo Burger in West Bend. 6 dollars for a cold wring order burger not worth it.
