I ordered online and was supposed to pick up my order from the drive through but there was a line of around 20 cars that wasn’t moving so i went inside to see if i can pick it up from there. I wasn’t approached or helped for a very long time until one of the employees told the other employee to come and help me. He rudely said i cant pickit up from there but i can change it in the app after which he clicked something in my phone that cancelled my whole order and walked away so fast i didn't have a chance to say anything. I ended up ordering at the counter that cost way more then the deals i had in the app and my food came out under-filled and cold after all of this

I have literally never left a negative review before, but I’ve reached my limit.This McDonalds used to be the best location in the area. Now it’s a shell of what it once was. I understand the food is inexpensive and employees would rather be spending their weekends elsewhere, so what can you expect? That being said, where is the work ethic? When the bare minimum is not even being met, there’s a problem. The stale fries, the half full container, the hot fudge sundae without the fudge, the open sandwich container, etc… There is literally NO excuse when I am the ONLY customer in line. And don’t even get me started on the poor customer service. Oh my word. A smile and a polite greeting/farewell go a long way! Please take a little pride in your work, night shift.Okay, rant over. Ordered a Filet of Fish with extra tartar to try and ensure it’s made fresh. What a joke. For almost $6 I got an ice cold sandwich with a glob of unmelted cold cheese. Like leftover from another sandwich. Worst. Ever. As they are pretty much the only game in town I am more than willing to drive further for something edible. Too bad as I come home late often so they have had good business from me.

This may be the slowest McDonald's I have ever been to. Writing this review after waiting about 30min in the drive-thru. Only to get a burger like this. Disappointing...

Service was slow and staff didn't actually my presence. I had to keep yelling excuse me before they finally answered. When I ordered my food no receipt was given so I didn't know what number I was to receive my order. When I got the food it was cold and unappealing. The mayo was all in the wrapper and very little on my sandwich. I will not be going there again.

Did a mobile order from the parking lot. After that, I went in the restaurant to get some extra sauce. An employee watched me approach the counter...then walk away. I wasn't greeted by an employee for another 5 minutes - no one ever looked at the counter. I ask for sauce when I finally am greeted, only for another 5 minutes to go by before I had to ask again for the sauce again. 10 minutes to ask for some sauce packets - unbelievable (also I was the only person in line inside the restaurant the whole time)

Morning manager at this McDonalds is insufferable. Taller lady with curly, short, brownish hair, doesn't wear a name tag. Order is always wrong and she always argues instead of admits fault. Literally every. Single. Time. She can't make coffee drinks properly regardless if it is the correct size or not and she can't read a mobile order or modifications. Once an order we placed literally said 2 apple pies and she argued with us saying we only ordered 1 even after being shown a receipt. She is extremely rude and unapologetic for making me waste my money every couple weeks when we decide to make a quick stop for breakfast. Always willing to grin and bare it because I, too, work in the restaurant industry, but after happening every time with her I am soooo over it. Need a new morning manager for sure. There is a younger male manager who is the best and never messes up but he is never there in the mornings. Sad.
