I ordered online and was supposed to pick up my order from the drive through but there was a line of around 20 cars that wasn’t moving so i went inside to see if i can pick it up from there. I wasn’t approached or helped for a very long time until one of the employees told the other employee to come and help me. He rudely said i cant pickit up from there but i can change it in the app after which he clicked something in my phone that cancelled my whole order and walked away...read full review

I have literally never left a negative review before, but I’ve reached my limit.This McDonalds used to be the best location in the area. Now it’s a shell of what it once was. I understand the food is inexpensive and employees would rather be spending their weekends elsewhere, so what can you expect? That being said, where is the work ethic? Ordered a Filet of Fish with extra tartar to try and ensure it’s made fresh. What a joke. For almost $6 I got an ice cold sandwich with a glob of unmelted cold cheese. Like leftover from another sandwich. Worst. Ever. As they are pretty much the only game in town I am more than willing to drive further for something edible. Too bad as I come home late often so they have had good business from me.
