Union House is a really cool bar and eatery. They have small plates with a lot of good unique offerings. Good for vegetarians and meat lovers alike. In the summer they have great patio seating and live music on some weekends. Wait service is really friendly.
We've been to Union House several times and will be back, but this visit had some shortcomings. First the good: The Patatas Bravas, BBQ Shrimp Skewers, and Mediterranean Chicken were excellent small plates. The patio seating is well-spaced and the outdoor heating units were plentiful, creating a pleasant environment. The not-so-good: the Union House seemed understaffed for the busy Oktoberfest weekend, so kitchen service was quite slow, though the waitress thoughtfully communicated...
